The finished result of the ogre for which I made the 3D reference. It has a stand up/become alert animation, an attack, and a dying animation. I think the arm rocks have a certain weight to them that's helped by the consistency the 3D reference model gave them. I was also able to use rigidbody physics to model the rocks falling for the death animation.
